Upon project completion, CCGI will provide you with documentation including a complete Visio diagram of your network and important information essential to the maintenance of your system, such as administrative passwords, software configurations and IP structure.

System Audits
CCGI will conduct periodic audits of your complete network. From keeping antivirus software up to date, to making sure the latest security patches are in place, we will proactively prevent problems and complications before they occur.

Maintenance
Maintenance can be scheduled to suit your specific needs with the least amount of interruption to your business. For example, from the application of service packs to testing your daily back-ups, preventative maintenance can prevent the catastrophic loss of data essential to the day to day operations of your business. CCGI does not charge extra for work performed after business hours.
